1. The person who first confirms to buy the work, will receive the work after payment. If we do not receive payment within two days, it go to the next in line.

2. After confirmation the buyer will receive an invoice by e-mail. Payment method can be: Paypal or wire transfer.

3. The Arch aims to deliver the work within 14 days after receiving payment. The buyer will be contacted, either by e-mail or by telephone to discuss and finalize delivery/pick up. 

4. Prices include VAT/BTW. Delivery is not included in the price. A purchased work can in some cases be picked at the location of The Arch: Lauriergracht 94, 1016 RN, Amsterdam.
